Postage

We currently ship our items with:

Within the UK: First Class or Standard Parcels
To Europe: Airmail or Surface mail
To Australia, Canada, Japan & the USA: Airmail or Surface mail

We only use surface mail on heavy items, and only if it is requested (by using the surface mail button provided on the item pages)

Delivery Times

The majority of Knottwood items are created to order, just for you... This means we need time to make them.

We aim to dispatch your items to you within three weeks.

&

We will always notify you via Email when your order has been dispatched!

A general rule is the larger it is, the longer it takes. We don't rush things. One off items will have a shorter delivery time, because they are just waiting to be whisked away to your waiting arms.

(The following delivery time estimates are from the royal mail website)

First Class: 1 to 2 working days (Most UK items)

Standard Parcels: 3 + working Days (Heavy UK items)

Airmail: 3 to 5 working Days

Surface Mail: 2 to 12 weeks (That's anything from 14 to 84 Days)

Payment

We currently use Paypal Shopping Cart for all of our sales, its easy to use and very secure!

You Do Not need a paypal account to pay!

All payments must be in Pounds Sterling (Paypal can do the currency switch for you)

Packaging

ALL of our packaging is recycled!

So more than likely whatever your items are packaged in to keep them safe on their journey to you, won't look pristine... but it will be wrapped up, have a clear address, look generally spiffy, and most importantly protect your items... its far more Eco friendly!
