Well err... It's sort of psuedo victorian, post-apocolyptic, industrial, grunge fashion...

Clear as mud, huh?

Basically we love old stuff! Stuff we find, Stuff we buy and some things we find on the floor...

What you need to know about our Steampunk items:

Well the basics are that we use almost 100% recycled materials to create our steampunk jewellery. Since we use interesting and random metals, there are a few things you might like to know...

Copper can leave a green mark on some peoples skin... it's something to do with acidity (I think) it just washes off, so you're not doomed to be the grinch for all time.

Steel can rust if its left damp for a while, or sometimes just from the water in the air. I like rust, so for me this isn't a problem, however if you'd rather avoid it you should keep your item dry and rubbing a tiny amount of beeswax or similar onto the piece will help too!

We use lead-free Silver Solder, so your item isn't going to poison you (Which is always a plus;) We still don't recommend sucking them.. that would just be weird. We also suggest that you're careful if you have metal allergies since most of our items are created from various metals. So we can't guarantee that any item is totally free of a particular metal.

Also, (as with all of our items) they are not intended for children. We have used many industrial items (Cogs & such) in the creation of our jewellery and while we have ensured that none of them are sharp, they are still not for small-paws since there are still pointy bits involved. They're way to cool for kids anyway ;)
