None of our items are made for children!

They are decorative items only and have not been safety standards tested. So, Do Not allow children to get their sticky little paws on them. Knottwood takes no responsibility for any items choked on, stuffed up nostrils or any other accident that might occur due to lack of vigilance on your part.

All of our items are handmade for their intended purpose as display items. By purchasing any item from us you agree to these terms and conditions, and waiver your right to sue us for any and all accidental injuries or damage resulting from misuse of the items.

We endeavor to make every item as safe as possible. But if you insist on doing something stupid like inserting them in or about your person, something bad is likely to happen and you will deserve it.

Returns Policy

If you wish to return your item please do so within 14 days of purchase, in the condition in which it was received, please notify us first if you intend to return your order and we will refund you the price (minus the shipping - sorry but we can't afford to pay for people to be indecisive)

If there is any problems with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us, we're nice really and know that things go awry sometimes.

Designs

All items and designs are the intellectual property of Knottwood and its individual designers. Should you wish to use them for anything but personal display you MUST contact us first, to gain permission. We aren't unreasonable people, and should you want to use our designs chances are we'll happily let you, but you MUST ASK US FIRST!

Privacy Policy

Any and all information you supply to Knottwood is NEVER EVER sold, passed on and used for any purpose beyond getting your items to you. We keep all our records secure, and only for as long as we really need too.

We also don't Spam and we Scowl nastily at anyone who does!
