How long will my order take to be dispatched?

Because we create our items to order there is a waiting period. We always try to dispatch your order within three weeks. We will notify you via email when your order is dispatched, but if you are curious at any point, just email us and we'll tell you how things are coming along.

How do I order more than one of the same item?

The easiest way is to add one, then go to your basket and increase the quantity.

Do you have a test/sample/starter Set?

Yes! It can be found Here

Do you accept wholesale orders outside the UK?

We would love too, but at the moment the weight of most of our items makes the shipping costs prohibitively high .

Do the pendants come on cord?

Yes they do!

Can I pay by cheque?

Yes! We have a order form you can download, fill in and post to us with your cheque.

I want a personalised/specific range - Can you help?

Can I organise my own courier?

More than likely Yes!

Email us with the details of your order, and what information you need to organise the courier. Once we know that all is in order we will send you a paypal invoice (or paper if you prefer to pay by cheque) minus the shipping costs.

I'm Having problems downloading the order form... Help!

> Click the download link
> A download box will open asking if you want to save the file.
> Choose save to disk and click OK
> The file will now download
> When it has downloaded, you will need to unzip the file to get at the form. Most systems have software which will unzip a file, just double click the icon and the software will open. If you don't think you have a program to unzip the file, you can download a trial of 'Winrar' Here (it is the top link).
> Once you have unzipped the file, you will have the PDF order form.
> You will need Adobe Reader to view the pdf. If you don't have it, you can get it here:
